This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale. This puppy has been vaccinated and dewormed as stated below. The customer has a health guarantee for a period of three days after the date of purchase; during which time the customer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian. If during this time the vet finds that the puppy has an incurable illness, it will be exchanged for another puppy when available. The puppy must be returned during the three day guarantee period along with a written statement from the examining veterinarian stating the puppy’s medical problem. We will only accept the return of a puppy under the above mentioned conditions. This puppy is also guaranteed for a period of one year after the purchase date for specific congenital defects. These conditions are listed and limited to heart, kidney and liver conditions resulting in the death of the puppy only. No other conditions are covered under the one year guarantee. Upon the death of the puppy, a necropsy must be performed by a licensed veterinarian at the owner’s expense. A copy of the necropsy results must be sent to us, the breeders, within the one year of the purchase date. When the above specified documentation has been provided to us, the breeders, the pup will be replaced with a new pup when available. We assume no responsibility for the puppy after it leaves our premises; however, we are concerned about the well being of the puppy after they go to their new home. Our main goal is to breed healthy animals with excellent temperaments. Any information owners give us will help to improve our breeding program.
